Lars Bjorge

来中国前,Lars是挪威数字营销规范的早期制定者。2001年,他的第三家初创公司被收购后,他成立了Proximity Norway。2007年,他创立了Tribal DDB Norway。

Chief Digital Officer, PHD Greater China

Lars Bjorge is the Chief Digital Officer for PHD, Greater China, where he oversees PHD’s digital strategy. Lars is a seasoned agency leader with 20 years of digital marketing experience spanning China and the Nordic countries. Under Lars’ leadership, PHD China has transitioned into a digital- and mobile- first agency, simultaneously increasing specialization in e-commerce, search, programmatic buying, social, measurement, analytics and more. This focus has seen PHD China ranked #1 for China and #14 globally in the World Advertising Resource Centre’s (WARC) global ranking of effective agencies for two consecutive years.

Prior to China, Lars was an early contributor in establishing the digital marketing discipline in Norway. In 2001 Proximity Norway was founded through an acquisition of his agency (his third start-up), and in 2007 he established Tribal DDB Norway.

Lars’ advice to everyone wanting to thrive in today’s fast paced world: “embrace your inner geek!”
