Native to digital, Wei leads NetBooster Asia’s performance marketing offering throughout APAC out of the Shanghai and Hongkong office.

Prior to working at NetBooster Asia, he was rolling out and leading AMNET China’s account and operation teams. In his earlier career he took on several management roles in ad-tech companies like Avazu as well as running different startups ranging from ecommerce to digital media.

Wei has been involved in digital, especially performance marketing, for more than a decade and has devised and executed online marketing strategies for many global brands and ecommerce organizations.
